Delivery Fees The delivery fee for your order will depend on the size, weight, and destination of your selected products. The exact fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
Important Note: As we use couriers for all deliveries, your parcel will not be delivered to an unattended address. A signature will be required upon delivery by the purchaser or an authorized person at the delivery address. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, a card will be left, and your parcel will be redirected to the nearest courier depot. It will then be the purchaser's responsibility to collect the parcel from the depot or arrange a re-delivery at their expense.
For this reason, we recommend using a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours, such as your home, work, or another attended location, to avoid any redelivery delays or additional fees.

Boxes or Parcel Lockers unless specifically arranged through your AusPost eParcel account (only applicable to AusPost deliveries and may incur additional fees).
