It will then be the purchaser's responsibility to collect the parcel from the depot or arrange a re-delivery at their expense.
For this reason, we recommend using a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours, such as your home, work, or another attended location, to avoid any redelivery delays or additional fees.

Boxes or Parcel Lockers unless specifically arranged through your AusPost eParcel account (only applicable to AusPost deliveries and may incur additional fees). Please make sure to enter a full street address during the checkout process.
