The previous product description gave conflicting standing-load figures (120 kg and 300 kg) and conflicting construction-material descriptions (aluminium and steel). These figures and materials require supplier confirmation and must not be treated as verified specifications. Important Note: As we use couriers for all deliveries, your parcel will not be delivered to an unattended address. A signature will be required upon delivery by the purchaser or an authorized person at the delivery address. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, a card will be left, and your parcel will be redirected to the nearest courier depot. It will then be the purchaser's responsibility to collect the parcel from the depot or arrange a re-delivery at their expense.
For this reason, we recommend using a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours, such as your home, work, or another attended location, to avoid any redelivery delays or additional fees.
P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers Our couriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers unless specifically arranged through your AusPost eParcel account (only applicable to AusPost deliveries and may incur additional fees). Please make sure to enter a full street address during the checkout process.
